Subject: Develop Marketing Strategy
Marozzi’s Pizzeria faced an identity and marketing challenge with their brand.
They needed to differentiate their premium quality ingredients and processes from their competition and their own previous branding. Their location has been challenging as so many additional restaurants have opened around them. Elevating their brand perception with the customer and potential franchisees would take a thorough overhaul of their brand.
Our Task Was
We set out to tackle one challenge at a time which was consistent marketing via social media and through email campaigns. There were currently no marketing efforts in place and with the saturation of restaurants in the area Marozzi’s was losing business to other establishments.
our first month goal was to establish a loyal customer following via social media and email list so that we could gently market their food to them.
Process
We set to establish a marketing plan that would push the needle towards new customer acquisition as well as retarget existing customers who have not been back to the restaurant in some time.

- optimize/redesign the existing website for online ordering as well as a more hospitality friendly platform
Result
- Increased weekly sales through direct marketing campaign efforts by 50%
- 1000+ new customer email opt-in’s who we gently market to weekly.
- Developed new social media creative content for ongoing promotions etc.

Conclusion
Marozzi’s Pizzeria has consistently maintained an almost 5-star rating for exceptional food and service on sites like Yelp and Google but was constantly losing business because of how many new restaurants were within their general area.
After developing a marketing strategy we were able to consistently grow lost revenues through increased customer acquisition and brand development.
We continue to work with this establishment to further better their branding and marketing.
